    The plastic cover sheet won’t come off.

    The plastic cover sheet won’t come off. It came with no instructions that there was even a plastic cover that needed to be removed. So there are redlines across the ornament.. after multiple messages to company they’ve sent cideos how to remove it. And want me to use a razor blade to do so. Tried doing that scratched the ornament. I just wanted a replacement and it doesn’t seem like they are going to.
